With an enthusiastic team of 40 colleagues, we make sure that people can enjoy a great day out. We attach great value to cooperation and short communication lines. Working at Ticketcounter means working at one of the oldest companies in the field of online ticket sales in the Netherlands. What once began with the sale of entrance vouchers for theme parks through retailers, has grown into an online and offline solution that can be counted among the best in the market. For more than 15 years we are literally opening doors by offering e-ticket solutions for day recreation. From selling e-tickets through the partner's site, to access control at the gate and everything in between in terms of hardware, software and service. The wishes of our partners are the starting point for solutions. That means that you work with some of the best outings in the Netherlands. This way you ensure that their visitors can enjoy a carefree day out.
The best challenges
On a daily basis we are busy relieving our partners of all their worries. Our commercial team ensures that potential and current partners receive a solution that suits them best. Then our project managers go to work to convert their wishes into practical solutions and ensure that these solutions can be implemented as soon as possible. The team of partner managers is in regular contact with the partners about the day-to-day operational matters within their shops. They answer questions, set up promotions and implement changes when our partners ask for them. Our team of enthusiastic helpdesk staff ensures that the visitors of our partners can come to us with all questions and problems related to buying their tickets. The beating heart of our organization is our technical department, which ensures that the Ticketcounter platform is constantly evolving.
