In order to serve you as well as possible, we have listed the most frequently asked questions below. In many cases, we advise you to send an email to info@ticketcounter.nl. In the answer to your question, you can read what information you need to send. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

If you wish to reschedule a ticket, you can click on the link in your confirmation email. If you do not see this link, you can send a cancellation request via email to info@ticketcounter.nl, including your order number, reason for cancellation, and the number of tickets that need to be canceled. We will then coordinate with the relevant partner.

I booked a ticket for the wrong date/time. What can I do?

We advise you to choose another day/time. We cannot make extra capacity available.

There is no availability on the shop for my desired day/time. What can I do?

Check if the payment has been completed successfully. If the payment has been completed, check the advertising or spam box. If the ticket has not been received there either, send an e-mail to info@ticketcounter.nl with your order number/proof of payment or call 010-7516400.

I have not received my tickets

The tickets will be sent by email within 30 minutes after payment is completed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive the tickets by post.

How do I receive my ordered tickets?

Call 010-7516400 or send an email to info@ticketcounter.nl with proof of payment.

I ordered the tickets on the wrong email address. What can I do?

The validity is always indicated on the tickets you receive.

What is the validity of my ordered tickets?

The tickets are not name-bound (unless otherwise stated on the ticket). This means that the tickets can also be used by someone else. Of course, you can also contact us to submit a cancellation request. Send an e-mail to info@ticketcounter.nl with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Unfortunately, I can no longer use my tickets. What can I do?

Send an email to info@ticketcounter.nl with your order number and the change for the ticket.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

On behalf of the provider we can send you a specification of your order. Send an e-mail to info@ticketcounter.nl with your order number and the invoice details.

Can I receive an invoice for my ticket order?

Check the provider's website for the correct opening hours and any additional information.

What are the opening hours?

Mobile scanning is possible with all providers. If this differs, it will be indicated on the tickets.

I don't have a printer, can I show the tickets on my mobile?

Send a cancellation request by email to info@ticketcounter.nl with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will then consult with the partner concerned.

I want to cancel my order

Send a cancellation request by email to info@ticketcounter.nl with your order number, reason for cancellation and number of tickets that need to be cancelled. We will then consult with the partner concerned.

I want to cancel part of the tickets in my order

Send an email to info@ticketcounter.nl or call 010-7516400 for all information.

Are there any costs associated with (partial) cancellation?

Check the validity of the discount code. If the code is still valid, send an email to info@ticketcounter.nl with your discount code or call 010-7516400

I received a discount code and it doesn't work

The order was probably not completed correctly. After 30 minutes the code will be released and you can try again.

I tried to redeem a code and now my code doesn't work anymore

Send an email to info@ticketcounter.nl with your name and address details and the name of the park/zoo/event for which the subscription is or call 010-7516400.

I can't renew my subscription

We recommend that you set your security settings to default on your computer or try using another device or browser (Safari, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer). If it still doesn't work, send an email with the error message to info@ticketcounter.nl or call 010-7516400.

I can't order tickets online

You should contact Kruidvat customer service and/or AD webshop for this. Look for the contact details on the website of the respective provider.
